On Tuesday afternoon, a shooting was reported in the 1600 block of Langford Road in Woodlawn, not far from Edmondson Heights Elementary School, leaving a minor with a gunshot wound.
According to the Baltimore Police Department, the incident is believed to have been a targeted attack, and not a random incident.
The teen was listed in stable condition on Wednesday afternoon after being shot shortly after 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24 near a playground at the school.
It remains under investigation.
